Who We Are

Tim Doran
Founder & President
Tim Doran is a filmmaker with cerebral palsy, and has a BA from Fairleigh Dickinson in Film and Animation with a concentration in post-production. For his senior thesis, Tim co-produced a 20 minute film showing disability life on a college campus. Tim runs a converting and editing business from his home. Tim has also produced camp videos for Joni and Friends Family Retreats, a service to families affected by disabilities.
Liz Pritchard
Graphic Designer & Board Member
Liz Pritchard is an autistic artist, advocate and content creator who illustrates inclusion for all kinds of minds. Liz resides in Rochester, NY and is the creator of a comic book series titled PaperBag Comic, which doesn’t focus on labels but much more on the human component of learning to love all of oneself.


Melissa Lomax
Board Member
A college and career advisor for youth who are blind in New Jersey. She has advocated both nationally and internationally, in Syria, to ensure that youth with disabilities know to set high expectations for themselves and understand their rights. In her commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Melissa has also created a podcast and platform, Fashionably Tardy, to create space for people with disabilities in the fashion industry, and she has also co-founded WOC World – a virtual community for blind women of color to advance in their careers and empower each other. Her strengths include writing, editing, resource compilation, and advocacy.
